Short-codes for MTN Services updated

1. If you want to check your MTN number, please dial *156#. After tap call to run the USSD, you will get pop-up in which your MTN number will be displayed and you can note them down. MTN number begins with 024, 054, 055

2. To contact MTN customer care office, please dial 100 , wait till the computer answer your call, you will begin to hear a voice that says “welcome to MTN contact center” please follow the voice prompt. It has three or four local and foreign languages, just the one you will get more understanding from it. With the voice prompt you are following, if you want to contact MTN customer care office then you press *, they will direct you to one of their agents. Please note that, they may be assisting other customers so you should wait till they get back to you.

3. To activate for MTN Pulse, please dial *567#. MTN Pulse services give you the options to choose your preferable package and it is called Mashup. Mashup gives you the ideal package of airtime for calling local networks including tigo, airtel, Vodafone and glo lines, it also comes with a package of data bundles, part of it will be used for social media and other part will be also used for normal browsing. With this package, it is divided into three. They are;

• Daily Mashup which cost GHC 1.00
• Weekly Mashup which cost GHC 500
• Monthly Mashup which also cost GHC 10.00

Please after choosing your preferred package, follow the pop-up messages till you finish. After that MTN will send you a confirmation message that you have successfully activated mashup for either daily, weekly or monthly package
